Is there a preamp w/all the extras--HDMI switching/Upconv./YPAO/I.Link/IEEE 1394/etc?

Ive been reading a fair amount about the various new Denon/Yama AVR lines (Yam 4600, Denon 3806/4306/4806). IMO ppl seem to focus on 1 of the following features in most pro/con discussions:

HDMI Switching, YPAO (accurate),Audyssey Room correction, IEEE 1394, analog video-to-HDMI upconversion, audio upconversion, Active i.Link, HD Radio, Presence channels (and the lack of ability to engage the Presence and Surround back channels) and last but definitely not least...UPGRADEABLE!

My question is, is there pre-amp(seperate) that has most, if not all of the features here? Preferably one that is under $3k (although this isnt a requirement).

If this equipment doesnt currently exist, what is the best bang for the buck available today?

Best Bang for the buck Yamaha 4600 Its Pre-Amp section is stellar outperforming many stand alone Pre-Amps I have one that just replaced an Aragon Stage One in my system used as a Pre Amp. If your patient CEDIA is just a few weeks away I am sure there will be many announcements about new products. ;)

The Integra in the Stickies just above can do most of that. You should see HD Radio and 4 HDMI input cards announced for it at Cedia.

I definitely have the time and the patience given I really won't NEED it until December/January. As far as the Yamaha 4600 goes, it doesn't upconvert audio or analog video to hdmi is that correct? If so, is there a pre-amp that does?
