Are the dv62s and v62s the same thing? Are the v62's an older model maybe?

I'm pretty sure there's no v62. Just DV62. The "V" signifies "Venturi," as not all BIC's are Venturi models. I'm pretty sure the 6 signifies the woofer size, as the 6 series have a 6"-6.5" driver, and the 5 series - a 5"-5.5" driver. Same goes with the 8 series towers.

I'm not talking about Acoustech, just plain old BIC.

Some "non Venturi" speakers are the D26 and all in-walls.

Hello All

To the best of my knowledge The BIC V62 are unsheilded and the DV62 are sheilded.

As long as you use the V62 away from you video equipment they will sound and act like the DV62's.
