Is the Yamaha RX V375 good enough for Pioneer SP-PK52FS? need help!!

Basically asked the question in the title.

I am buying that Pioneer sound setup but will be buying the components separately (I can get the floor standing speakers for 72 each brand new)

I just want to know if the Yamaha RX V375 is good enough to drive these speakers.

I do not need any airplay or wifi capability, the 375 has the USB connection for my phone which is perfect. I do not want to spend a lot more than 300 MAX on the receiver and this looks perfect. I just want to make sure it will drive these properly.

If you have other suggestions please let me know, but remember I do not need the 7.1 or airplay/fancy additions on my receiver.

If you don't mind refurb, my vote goes to the Denon X1000, for the Audyssey XT auto setup.
