Is A Rotel 1062 good enough

I own a pair of B&W 803s loudspeakers and I'm questioning my amplifier choice. I currently have a Rotel 1062 amplifier. Do you think this is powerful enough for these speakers? When I'm in the mood i like to play music at very loud volumes for more than 15 minutes at which point the amplifier starts to activate its overheating protection I'm guessing and cuts out momentarily.

It's definitely in the recommended range, but those speakers will require more power when listening at higher volumes. If it were me, I'd look into an RB-1080 which is 200w per channel. B&W recommends 50-250w for the 803S.

the 1062 cuts out? if it cuts out, you're gonna need beefier amps - since the RA1062 has preouts, you can use it as a preamp.
