invisibleSHIELD by ZAGG is billed as "extreme scratch proof transparent film - the ultimate gadget protection." Rarely do I buy such marketing-speak, but in this case, I would have to say that the product actually lives up to the hype. And then there's the fact that the product comes from military technology, and as you well know, any red-blooded American gadget guy is gonna be interested in a product that began life in the military. With invisibleSHIELD, the protective film was originally designed to protect the leading edge of helicopter blades.

I have this on my Treo and several of my co-workers have it on their iPods or phones. Great stuff, worth every penny.

Reminds me of hide-a-pod, the iPod/iPhone anti-theft device.

Allows you to disguise your portable Apple music hardware as Zune protecting it from theft.:)

Best Skins Ever, has an identical skin for less, and in my experience, they have better customer service, although they don't have invisibleshield's "unconditional lifetime warranty," but they're about half off compared to IS. Just thought i'd share because i've saved a lot going with best skins ever over invisibleshield.

It's an ok protector

It does a nice job, but once it cures it's on there good, which is fine until you need to take it off to send an iPod in for servicing. It's very hard to peel off and regardless of what the manufacturer claims, it does leave adhesive residue that's hard to take off.
