Ok, so what about Invictus? It's a righteous, historic flick, but is it good? I thought Morgan Freeman did a decent job imitating Nelson Mandella, but didn't add anything to the orthodox view. Matt Damon seemed really flat and uninspired as the rugby captain. When the movie was over I didn't know anything about him, why all this was important to him or how it effected him. Generally my expectations are high when Clint Eastwood directs (most recently in Grand Turino), but I just didn't think this one delivered.
