introduction section ?

i thought it could be great to have a introduction section to new members.

it would be a great thing for us newbies who would like to get noticed and have a great time here. i know this is a minor thing for suggestions but i hope this one counts for all of us newbies out there lol.

I found it helpful when I first got here and didn't really know where to post what so all my questions had a place and I was able to figure out who was who.

The linked thread seems to be a general support for the community, instead of an introduction mod for new face to say "Hi", "Hello" or "I'm a newbie".
