Will RCA cables and Speaker cables in the wall pick up interfence from electrical wire running in the wall?

Short video showing what I'm talking about.

The kind of interference to which you refer is caused by radio frequency waveforms that leave the wire. The frequency of your electrical service is 60hz which is way below radio frequency. Just a little background on why it is not a problem.

That's not RF, it's EMI, which can be limited or eliminated by moving the signal carrying wiring farther from the source but yes, it CAN be a problem if the signal cables are bundled with the power wires.
