Integra Research trade in or not?

So, Integra research has now offered a $2000 trade in on the old RDC 7 towards a new RDC 7.1, which goes for $4,000. Given that the reseller will not give any discount on the trade in deal, is it worthwhile to just sell the RDC 7 and get a better deal on the RDC 7.1 outright? Anyone know what the RDC 7 goes for used? It does have the upgrade.....
