So I currently have an Onkyo Integra DTR 7.9 and I like it alot and it seems to do what ever is asked. Now I have a chance to get a Denon AVR 5803 for $600.Would it be worth selling mine and getting the Denon or just keep mine and call it good. Thanks Ron

What is lacking in your current setup? What are you running in your setup? We need a lot more info to help make an informed choice.

The Denon 5803 is a beast and not for the faint of heart, but, at $600, it will be a great buy. If it matters, there is no HDMI or HD audio.

Its more powerful 170 vs 130, but other than that they're about the same.

Wow I didnt realize that it didnt have HDMI.That is most likely a deal breaker DAMN IT ANYWAYS.My setup right now is a Denon 3800 BDCI Blu ray and Klipsch RF7's,RC7,and RS7's .I am in the process of choosing between a SVS pb12plus or a Rythmik FV15HP for the sub.

Those Klipsch speakers are very efficient and will not benefit from more power.

No HDMI, guaranteed...
