Wow, installing halogen cable lighting really makes a big difference in the ambience of the room. I installed this in my bedroom a few years ago and it really makes a difference in the presentation of the room... what's even better is it only cost me $15 for each 3-light kit at Ikea.

They turn on with a wireless light switch:

How are your C-3s running? I'm waiting for a local store to re-open that carries Energy so I can get my rears (C-R100s).

Does the C-C1 blend well with the C-3s?

The C-3's are great... The only reason why I got the C-C1 was because the C-C3 was very hard to find toward the end of the time Energy discontinued this line of Connoisseur series. It does an excellent job and I think it's well suited to match with the C-3's (even though the C-C1's woofer is the same size as the C-1 monitor).

The center is in a BAD spot with the sound resonating off the cheap Ikea fiberboard. This is the only option I have for center channel placement at the moment. I bought that entertainment center rack before I got the projector, so I have to make use with what I have - hence the center channel on top of the entertainment center.

Very cool installation!!!;)

I have various forms of Tech Lighting brand lights throughout my house. I ran the Kable Lites in the theater, the Monorail system in my kitchen and some of the matching pendants around the island. I love the contemporary look.

Very nice! I have always admired Tech Lighting's products. I was going to buy a Tech Lighting set from an authorised dealer (Limn Gallery) when I lived in California, but they were beyond my budget at the time. Tech Lighting has really high quality products, according to what I hear.

FYI- Tech Lighting's has an affordable division, Tiella, that's available through Lowes. That's where I got my cable light sets. They come with 5 lights, 20 foot of cable x 2, transformer and hardware.
