Hi There

I am trying to connect a crown xti 4002 to my Denon x6700 receiver and use the amp for my Polk ES60 floor standing left and right speakers.

I see the preout on the Denon is 200 mv and the input sensitivity on Crown xti 4002 is 1.4v.

I am connecting the preout from my Denon using rca to xlr cables. Would I need a solution to adjust the input sensitivity of the Crown xti 4002?

I dont think the input sensitivity can be changed on the Crown amp.

Would you be able to provide guidance or know someone that can?

The output of your Denon is 1.2 volts, the same as your Crown. 200 mv is the input sensitivity and NOT the output.

You have no problem except perhaps reading comprehension.

The Denon should easily do 2 Volts, too, the nominal rating is 1.2V (200mv sounds like a line level input rating). Is the amp not working?
