I am hoping somebody out there can give me some input on a TV I just purchased. First a little background:
We are signing papers on our new house Friday, and decided we needed a bigger TV for the living room over the fireplace. So this evening we went to HHGregg's (local Circuit City/Best Buy type chain) as they were having a "friends and family event". Usually I spend weeks reviewing electronics before I purchase them but this just kind of happened. We went in to look and ended up buying a 42" Toshiba Regza 1080p LCD. The model number is 42HL167. On sale we got it for $1460 and 24 months no interest. I was impressed with the specs, the look, and the price so we took the plunge.
Now after the fact, I thought I would ask if anyone else has experience with this line, and what they thought. We pick it up on Saturday, so technically theres still time to cancel it if someone has a better option. Thanks in advance.
