Been looking to replace my old sub with a new sub. Looking to use it for for theatre set up . Several I've seen have had good reviews (priced in the $200-$500 range). I want to keep it around $200-300. Old sub is a Celestion. I'm thinking about the Infinity PS210. Any suggestions?

Thanks ahead of time.

It's really a personal preference of how much bass you want. Will your HT be used mostly for music or movies? I too have heard great things about the Inifinity PS210! I have a JBL Venue 10 for the setup downstairs- it is excellent. Since you're range is between $200-500, you might want to check it out. Amazon.com has it for $250 right now.

A 10 inch woofer is great, but may lack the definition and authorotative depth of a 12 inch woofer. You'll hear a 10 inch sub, but you'll defintiely "feel" a 12 inch sub. Again, it's the customer who is always right.
