I highly recommend the Monitor Audio RS6s. They look phenomenal and sound amazing. That would be a great sound system. As far as amplifier, check out the new Yamaha RX-V3900 or Z7. Both are great units and I believe edge out the Pioneer. Expecially on ease of use and useful feature sets.
