Independent Audio and Video Output

I am ready to move on from my Emotiva pre and I am looking for either a pre or receiver that will allow me to control my output audio and video signals independently. This seems to be a hard feature to find these days and any knowledge is useful....my main use is stream audio over Bluetooth/Wifi or HDMI input Roku while football game is on the screen.

I am running a 5 channel Rotel Amp that I plan to continue to use with PSB speaker setup.

Some Denons can do that I believe....think both my 3808 and 4520 do from what I remember reading but no particular desire so I've not tried.
