In wall outdoor speakers - do they exist?

I am looking for outdoor speakers but don't want to see them I have search around but haven't found anything that fits both outdoor and in wall or ceiling. Any help would be great.

Can't say I ever saw any and would depend on house construction as to whether that's even much of an option I'd think.....but interested in what might be out there....

I have installed ceiling mount speakers in a screened in porch. I just made sure they were not paper cones. I did not have any issues with the environment. Also there are some speakers that can mount semi submerged underground. But you want need to be at ground level.

Two words: Marine Speakers...

Be aware that you will need to waterproof the wall where you mount them well. If you know about installing windows and doors it should not be too difficult. Don't neglect the waterproofing on your walls.

What you are looking for is water resistant speakers. Outdoor Speaker Depot (OSD) sells a number of models which are designed for 'wet use' locations. In-ceiling is what I have used in shower spaces and out on decks. They work fine and sound okay. Nothing special.

The other thing I've done is mounted speakers UNDER decks. This way you can get some pretty nice speakers that cover a more traditionally exposed outdoor deck with decent sound from every direction.

So, yes, you have some options here, and yes I've done it a few different ways. Not sure there is a in-wall version from OSD, but be very aware that you want to keep moisture away from any in-wall setup to prevent water from getting into the home.

They are called Extreme Climate speakers.

They are for outdoor usage whether it is ceiling or wall, they are water resistant and weather treated.
