In wall and Ceiling speakers

I recently purchased a home that is currently under construction and purchased in wall and ceiling speakers from the builder. It is a 5.1 setup which consists of 3 Klipsch R-5650-W for the front speakers and 2 Klipsch R-5650-C for the rear. I understand this is not a true 5.1 as the rear speakers are in the ceiling and are supposed to be almost at ear level. Speakers on side or ear level are not an option due to the setup of the room. Does anyone have this type of set up and if so, how does it perform? I am considering adding 2 more Klipsch speakers to make it a 7.1 but debating on what to purchase. Should I add 2 more ceiling speakers or 2 more wall speakers for the rear? I do have a wall behind to mount wall speakers. I would probably just purchase the matching set depending on wall or ceiling. The receiver I will be using is a Denon AVR-3806. If anybody has similiar situation or understanding of what I am trying to do, please help.

Your speakers are set up for 5.1, placement can vary depending on the situation. Where in the ceiling are the side-surrounds in relation to the seating area; directly to the side or to the side and slightly behind? For the rear-surrounds you could go with either the R-5650-W or R-5650-S, which is a bi-polar surround. What are your room dimensions? Are in-wall/ceiling a requirement? In-room fronts & on-wall surrounds are preferred. Is the drywall up, can changes be made for wiring locations? If you don't have it already, download the Denon manual, starting on pg. 88 for speaker location info.

5.1 option

You might be better off with a 5.1 setup with dipole type speakers on the back wall. Use the extra pair of in ceiling speakers for audio in another room.
