Phil,
Another good Thread!
I liked Andy Williams or Burle Ives traditional Christmas albums, probably the best song White Christmas.
This year i setup Crhistmas decorstions based on a Santa motif. The sant motif was soemwhat by happenstance. My wife went to Beringer's last year for the 75% off after Christmas sale and bought two pretty neat items. One was a lighted 60' tall Santa Claus metal display ( that started the Santa theme
) The other was a 6 channel ( 6 light outlets) light display with music ( random Christmas songs probably 10-12 in total). So I set up 6 different stations of lights including some ligheted candy canes and a lighted Frosty the Snowman, a large Santa stocking topped by Santa and full of red stuffed toys. It actually came out pretty night and the light synchonization is awesome. The audio quality is not up to my expected levels
, but what can one expect for a 2 1/2' outdoor speaker
.
Any way the overall effect somewhat mitgates the sound quality!
Oh Yes, another favorite is "Rudolph the Red ....."
Merry Christmans to all and to all a good night.
MidCow2,
P.S. on another audio note got a iHome I51 iPod docking station, clock radio with two speakers and small sub for my son's birthday ($99 at Costco). For a small system the sound is very nice, to add to the iPod Touch I gave him early
