In-Ceiling Surround Recommendations

Hi folks,

I'm looking at spending <$300/pr for in-ceiling speakers for surround usage.

Between Niles (CM630?), Definitive (UIW63A?), Polk, Klipsch, etc.

Needs to be 6-6.5", 8" is too big. Niles and the other lesser-known brands seem highly respected but I cannot seem to find sufficient user reviews to make a determination. They'll be installed in corners so aimable tweeters are a requirement. Also considering WAF they need to blend in.

They will be used with Magnepan MMG-W's for front left, right, and center.

Please help!

Thanks,
-Patrick

I would highly recommend the Def Techs, and Polks.

Hey, thanks. I see you have the UIW64/A in your system. How are they working out for you? What would you recommend as the best place online to make a purchase?

Regards,
-Patrick

Unfortunately, Def Techs cannot be purchased online. I thoroughly love them and they handle everything I throw at them well.

I have the Polk TC80 and love them. They may be just out of your price range and size but I have been very happy with them and my wife likes the clean lines of no HUGE front channels.

I believe they make a 6 inch version also. I checked them out at my local Tweeters.
