To answer your questions:

- I'm not certain about the warranty transfer. I'll do a little digging and let you know.
- A copy of the receipt could certainly be supplied.
- The cable is in near mint condition, saw light duty use for roughly 3 weeks, has been well cared for, nothing bent, broken or missing. In fact, the only thing that would set it apart from a factory fresh unit is that I had to separate the cabling a couple of inches in order for each plug to reach their respective ports (both my DVD player and receiver placed the coax and s-video ports about half the unit apart from one another). Obviously, this does not affect performance what-so-ever and has only a small impact on aesthetics.

The only reason I'm selling ANY of the ICs is that I've recently purchased a new TV, receiver and HTPC - all way before I thought possible - and have switched completely to DVI/HDMI and component.
