Heya everyone, I have a couple of questions for you all if you don't mind. First, I would be sitting approximately 10 to 12 feet from my display. Would a 56" display be too big, or should I go bigger? Second, I have an older (12-13yrs) reciever but it does have surround, and a few other things on it. Would it be good enough or should I buy something newer? The room is basically 22' x 13' but the back half is used as a dining area. I could salvage a few more feet but not much. Basically, living room area is 13' by 14' with the TV on on the far side and a couch seperating the other side.
Edit: I am looking very hard at this: JVC HD56FH96 as a display. I can get it for approximately $3500 or so. Any other suggestions?
