I'm looking for help on a new receiver purchase

I would like some direction on a new receiver purchase I will be making to go with my just ordered 5.1 svs prime satellites speakers and svs pb2000 sub all in black ash. My budget is small less than 500.00, I was looking at the Yamaha rxv479bl under 400.00 since it has wireless internet streaming feature i need and pretty good reviews but no atmos. I also was looking at the denon avr s710w since it has atmos in case I would like to go that route in the future. Is atmos here to stay? Any other receiver suggestions I should be looking at? This will be used mostly for TV/gaming/movies with some music. Sound quality is important to me.

Whats the difference between the denon avrs710w and the denon s910w?

Atmos is here to stay until something new comes around. Choose the receiver that has the features you want within your budget. It isn't any more complicated than that. The most important aspects of achieving good sound are speakers and room acoustics. Receivers in comparison are fairlly trivial.
