I'm still in the dark ages and need some basic simple help here. I have a Parasound AV PSP 1000 processor and recently purchased a Lexicon CP 1-Plus processor but havent auditioned it. Which one is more sophisticated (I'm aware they are both very old models). Please assist. Opinions welcomed. Thanks

Psssh. You think you're in the dark ages? I'm still listening to stereo with a 30 year old preamp!

From what I recall, both of those were top-of-the-line units of their day. FWIW, I think it might be a toss-up. When you decide which one to keep, send the other one to me c/o the Rip Van Woofer Disadvantaged Audiophile Fund!

I hope someone out there who's had some first had experience with either or preferably both units can say wheather it's head or tails in that "toss up". Thanks again.
