DK has changing AR, so I don't know what you would do with your anamorphic. That said, the normal stuff, which is most of the film, is average at best, but the IMAX stuff is amazing. Watch it with 16:9 in mind, IOW. So, well, for you, maybe I don't put this in top 5 for you. Ok, maybe this one could be #6
Iron Man is fun enough, but I think they could've should've would've been a little more ambitious with black levels. Whatever you do, do not forget, do not pass go, do not collect $200, and make damn sure to disengage autoflagged DRC from TrueHD with this very particular title. Noted!
Almost every cartoon made looks very good. Ratatouille is still tops, IMO. WallE is tops, but not quite like the former, Meet the Robinsons is fun. Open Season is sorta lame, and maybe I'm not crazy about Cars either. Ratatouille is great, my buddy let me borrow it and it is absolutely spectacular PQ. I hadn't seen any HD Pixar/cartoonish material yet, and I won't forget it soon! Cars is almost mandatory since my 4 year old son lives and breathes Lightning McQueen.
I really enjoy the Bourne series for the movies, but not for PQ on HDDVD. It's not offensive by any means, but demo material it ain't. I'm with you here.
