If only they'd fit through my door...

Picked up...for free...a trio of Altec A7 cabs.
Now, considering the 515s, multicell horns, etc, will cost me nearly $6k to rebuild these guys, I'm considering my options.
-I can just sell them to a DIY maniac on local Craigslist.
-I can rebuild them with Eminence drivers and find a way to get them into my dedicated theater, behind the screen
-I can chop them apart and modify 2 of the bass cabinets for use in my 2-channel tube system with some Alpha 15's to augment some Fostex's I have....

Oh man.....decisions!

Well please, certainly don't chop them up. They're classics and who knows how many are left?

I would ask TLSguy on these and trust his judgment call

This little fella has to have breathing room in the garage, so I sold the cabinets off and don't regret it
