geeks.com has the Onkyo DV-SP502 on closeout for $89.99, and you can get 10% off by using the promo code "GOTTADEAL" at checkout (I went this route.) It's basically a Pioneer 588 in a nicer metal chassis with aluminum faceplate. I haven't received any SACD discs yet to play in it (got a couple on the way) but as a replacement for my aging Denon 1560 CD player it's been working wonderfully, I'm pleased with it. They were pretty fast shipping it out, too. Stock shows as "almost gone"...no clue how many they have left.

IMHO not a bad deal for a machine that originally sold for $299...seems a good universal/standard def player for systems where HDMI is not needed or used.
