The situation is this: In the pool room i have 4 tvs, one in each corner, and 4 satellite receivers all stashed under the bar. Right now when any of the remotes are used, every receiver responds. Making it very annoying when trying to display a different program on each tv. I couldn't find anything in setup to change remote codes or anything of that sort. Is there a such setup? I've thought about using some type of remote extender or IR distribution setup but its a pretty small room and the receivers and in a very small cabinet and im worried about the IR still bouncing around too much and causing the same problem. Any ideas are appreciated.

Also I dont have the model of the receivers right now.....not at home..... sorry if that is needed to help answer

Unless the sat receivers can be assigned different IDs and the remotes configured with a matching ID (unlikely) there is really only one solution for this problem.

You would have to get a remote and RF base station with 'assignable' emitters. You connect cables from the base station to the sat receivers and assign each emitter to a different mode on the remote. All of the remotes from the Home Theater Master 'Total Control' series can do that. The MX-350 is the cheapest ($125) and would work if you only need control of 10 or fewer total devices. The RF base station is an additional $150.

I'm not familiar with the Pronto but being a high end remote it may well have that capability.
