i want to get rid of the weird noise that the speakers make

i have five speakers for my entertainment center . 2 of them work for the radio and tv. 3 of them work for the dvd digital dolby surround sound..
but when 2 of them are on or only three are on >> the others that are off make a weird nosie<< how can i eliminate that noise cause its really annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!! please help!!!! thank you very much:)

ok i have a coby dvd 5.1 digital dolby home ent. system
when the radio is on or the tv is on >> 2 speakers work and the others since they are off the make a weird noise<<

when the dvd is on with the surround sound >> 3 speakers work and the other 2 are off they make a weird noise <<

so is there a way for them not to make that noise??

HUH? I don't get it...are all the speakers not connected to ONE receiver? Need more info on what your gear is and how it is connected, specifically how the speakers are wired.

I don't want to sound cynical, but perhaps the fix to your problem would be an upgrade.

What noise? Can you be a bit more specific?

The two surrounds are supposed to be active when listening to a DVD. That means a total of five speakers should be working. Are you saying the two rears don't?

As for the TV/stereo, there should be nothing out of the center or the surrounds. What's coming out of them?

Methinks you may have a wiring problem. Check your connections and manual.
