OK we have a old phone system at work which we wont or cant upgrade. Now they want us to have accessibility anywhere in the building which is not a big deal to me. The problem comes in when they want us specifically have head sets. By they, I of course mean one person who woldnt wear it himself but yet he is dead set on us having headsets. Of the people who are to have the accessibility exactly NONE of them want to have a headset. When I pointed this out to my IT guy he said that there are no hand sets available that work with our system. I say bull, but I need the power of audioholics to help me find some viable options. I have found a couple, but one I am not 100% sure it will work, the other is old and not made anymore so that may be an issue. Here is all the specs I have been able to get on what I currently have
Phone: AT&T MLX-10D
Headset (which NEEDS to go): Plantronics CS55 with HL10 lifter
Phone system: Avaya Merlin Legend PBX
Help me find some other hand held wireless options so that I (and my fellow employees) am not stuck wearing a freaking head set all day!!
