A while ago I posted a question about what comes through my antenna to be surroundsound. I own all GFM proudcts so it really shouldnt be that hard. However thanks to one Audio genuis, I was told to just get a digital audio cable and connect it to my TV then to my HT Reciever. Well, my Ht reciever only has componet plugins ie. Digital Viedo and Red Yellow and White, and to plug in a componet, the screen has to say AVI IN on my reciever. The thing is, is that I dont have Digital Audio INPUT plugs which I belive is necessary for my TV to be surroundsound. SO WHAT DO I DO. I'll buy anything, HELP

Is this is an over the air antenna? The audio is embedded in the RF signal, analog or digital. Receivers cannot process RF TV signals as best I know but your TV will and might have audio outputs, maybe analog and digital. Try them both. If only the analog works, use a prologic II processing with the receiver at least you get surround sound.
You don't send the video, component, to the receiver, only audio, either analog, red and white, or digital, orange usually. But your TV should say digital audio out, or check the manual.
