I currently have a Yamaha Aventage RX-A850 receiver, Klipsch R28F towers, R28C center, R12SW subwoofer, and R15M rear speakers. - Best Buy Special from years ago.

Questions:
1) I want to upgrade all of that and wasn't sure if I should buy the Yamaha Aventage RX-A8A (or A6A) receiver OR the Denon AVR-X6700H receiver
- I mostly watch Tv and movies , but with the music either being from spotify, local radio station, or from my phone content by air play to the receiver. Not a gamer.

2) I liked the Sonus Faber Sonetto VIII tower speakers, even though the matching center channel is enormous and looks weird on my entertainment stand (borrowed from local store to test out) I did not calibrate the new center but I did NOT notice a huge difference between the klipsch center and the larger SF one. Not sure if it makes sense to upgrade to the lowest Nova speaker instead of the highest Sonetto speaker? This is going in a great room with 18-20 foot ceilings and a large open floorplan. Or with 2 subs if I can do the sonetto V instead and save 2k.

3) It was recommended that I buy a SVS sub by the one local shop we have. I am not sure if I should go with ported or sealed and they said 2 would be better than 1? And how big of a sub to buy between their 1000 line to the ultras?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
