I'm looking to get a high quality hdmi over ethernet extender that is as future proof as possible. Any suggestions or important notes would be greatly appreciated. If there is a better method of extending hdmi I'm all ears.
My run will be 90 feet.

TIA,
Joe

Having just dealt with this but not having any Cat6, I used a Spectrum extender that uses 2) Cat5e/6 and has a power supply at the TV end. I made sure that the wire ends were equal length and it still had issues over 65' @ 1080p. I have heard that Panasonic BD players are a bit more finnicky with these and that's what I'm using in this system. The TV can up-convert and after changing the BD output resolution to 720p, it works great.

I have been told that the Key Digital work, period. Gefen is sometimes looked at as slightly lower and Spectrum is regarded as good for the price. I would hope the Spectrum work- Jeff Boccaccio is one of the company owners and he's also an owner of the company everyone sends their cables to for certification.

I would recommend checking KVMSwitchTech. They offer a wide range of HDMI Extender solutions. I have used their long range extender units in the past and they work great. You can extend up to 330ft with full 3D support, IR and RS232 control.
