Not an "audioholic", but need some advice from the experts here. We just bought a house and are doing some remodeling. I'm going with ceiling/wall speaker setup. We took out a wall to open up the family room/kitchen area. The total room size is 14x45, with the family room/TV area is around 14x23. 70" LED on far family room wall. I bought Klipsch KHC-6 ceiling speakers which I am using in the kitchen (2), rear surround (2) and possibly 3 more for the fronts and center channel. Paid $120/pair for the KHC-6....just looking for decent sound. Not looking to spend thousands.

Would this setup work or should I get a different center channel speaker? Also, what are my options for subwoofer?

I will have a multi-zone receiver so I can play music in the kitchen while watching tv, or have all speakers on music, or all on tv.

Appreciate your help.

I don't know your budget, but if you like the Kilipsh I'd probably go for the R-5650's in the front, if you can swing it, the R-5800 will be better for the midrange punch from the 8" driver.
