...kind of...
We received the dreaded, "come and listen to our stic on country club living and buy some land" letter in the mail the other day. I dont usually do this but I had a free Sunday and am always willing to invest in land.
We spent about 2 hours with a decnet saleman whom I actually liked and the place was nice. I dont think the ROI was what I was looking for and at the end, I told the guy that he was very pleasant and thanked him for his time. He then said he would send a lady down to take us to the gift room to thank us for our time. I was about ready to pick up my toaster or whatever joke gift they had for me and just smile and go on my way. When the lady opened the gift room it was full of Callaway golf gear. She told me to pick whatever set I wanted and all I had to pay was $75 for taxes and shipping or I could have a $650 Callaway gift card where I could buy whatever I wanted from Callaway's online store. I quickly grabbed the giftcard and headed on home.
Ordered my new irons this morning.
