Definitely a Vangelis vibe going on there. Vangelis has a wide range of styles though, so picking one or two tunes from Vangelis in a cursory search may not sound anything like that. For that sound from Vangelis, I would be looking at the 1492 OST, Alexander OST, the album El Greco, and The Bounty OST. That tune also reminds me of Mark Dwane's stuff, you might check out Monuments of Mars and Aliens, Angels, and Archetypes.
