I have some money I can spend and am really close to ordering a PC2000 right now. I chatted with SVS and they think it'd match up well with my MK5s. They're both ported, and have similar fr, output and power. I have over 6000^3' of area to pressurize and while I'm happy with my current subs I feel like I could benefit from a li'l more headroom and flatten out my response better throughout the seating area. I have a pesky null and a lot of placement options for a sub with the PC form factor.
Last but no least, I love SVS and would love to have one of their subs (with a strong preponderance toward a second one down the road!) in the house. I think $699 they have them at right now is a pretty solid good deal.
One other option I considered would be to buy a speaker kit and build a pair of towers. If I go that route I'm gonna want something that'd make me rethink what a good speaker should sound like. A clear step up from my Ultras. I don't know what such a kit might cost tho, or even where to start as far as a style, best drivers for my use... @lovinthehd linked me to a couple of TL tower kits that looked promising but I don't remember what those were.
