Requirements If you like the idea of taking new technologies and building real-world products around them, consider a career as a Product Development Engineer at Bose.
Candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience as a designer of systems with analog, digital, and embedded software content.

This individual will work in a group which performs new products development and does system architecture of Bose home entertainment products. The individual will explore new technologies and product concepts and will architect products such as the Lifestyle music system and Wave products. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of how CD, DVD and music storage products are engineered. The group is comprised of engineers who have a detailed understanding of hardware engineering and systems with embedded software.
Skills Candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience as a designer of systems with analog, digital, and embedded software content.
Education BSEE or combined BSEE/BSCS is required. MS is preferred.

Not sure about that. their magnetic shock absorbers for cars seems most interesting to me.

We could go to lunch! I work across the street. The whole area is either bose or my company. I have a few friends that work there and FYI they treat their employees like crap...

yeah they have tons of R&D going on just not audio! I have been trying to get a rinde in one of those Lexus sedans for awhile now. I think theirs are servo based not magnetic but I really don't know.

It's just like some of the girls I used to know, once you really know them, there is not enough money in this world that will make me take them back...
