HT Subwoofer into computer.

I have this sony subwoofer and it has a built in amp, and the connections on the back just say "Line IN and OUT"

What do i need to hook this up to my computer properly?

I have a RCA to Headphone male but my computer only reconizes the sub as my left rear.

Sounds like you have a stereo only soundcard. You need a multichannel soundcard that has line-outs for each channel (never seen a two channel card with a sub out).
