That might be a tough one, but what do I know. My bet would be a preamp w/ HT pass thru & a 2 channel amp. I just picked up a Conrad Johnson PV14L tube preamp w/ HT pass thru. I absolutely love it. But I'm sure there has to be something along the lines you are looking for. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
