My wife is in the process of having some custom cabinets built for our living room and she would like to have a flat panel mounted inside one of them.
The mechanical limitations will only allow a case size about 41 inches wide.
I have looked at a Pioneer 940HD and the following LCD's:
Toshiba 42LZ166
Sony KDL 40V2500
Sharp LC-42D62U
I am looking for some thoughts on getting a 1080p LCD vs going with the plasma when the display is only 40 inches wide.
The room is reasonably bright during the day but we will not be doing much viewing then.
