Now shopping for a sub to finish off the
system. Need something for 80% movies and
20% music. The room is 12' by 16’ with
an opening to the dining room. I live
in an apartment building so I cant use something that will
shake the building lose or knock down the neighbors:). (need
to buy a house) I want good bass that I can control when
I need to.
Will consider others as well

Thanks,

Both will give you good bass. I owned the VTF-2 and I replaced it with the PB-10. Both are excellent subs, but the PB-10 was the clear winner when it came to extension. In terms of not needing to upgrade as soon, my money would be on the PB-10.
