How would these Fi subs fare in a home theatre application

I hear good things about Fi subs... Both 12" sub on each link. How would they do in a 4.2ft^3 enclosure tuned at 21hz?

They have a pretty low impedance. What are you going to use to drive them?

They don't look like they will fair too well for HT use. They have a high Fs at 34Hz. They are made for car competition SPL. Not HT.
