How Would I Know If A Fuse Is Blow In My Amp??

I hope I can get some opinions.

I have a Pioneer Elite M-10X amp, 100w x 2. I have tried to connect it but get no sound. There is a power button on the front as well as a stand-by button. The unit powers up fine but produces no sound. The other issue is when I try to put the unit in stand-by mode it will not allow me to do this. The unit clicks when the stand-by button is pushed but the unit stays on. Finally, the red light in the middle of the face flashes.

Am I on the right track?? What should the blown fuse look like if in fact this is the problem??

Thanks for any help!!

As best I know, when a fuse blows, you will get nothing, no voltage to standby or anything, no power up.

What does that red light mean; should be in the manual?

Did you set it up reading the manual?

.....Team_Canada, how is your amp hooked up from your pre-amp or pre-pro?.....and actually, if you could tell us how the signal is routed and cabled, the whole 9 yards, from source to speakers, it could help us find something quickly....I'll YELL-pass what you answer along to Mtry and friends down in the watts hole....they marched around the bottom of the hole the other day....one tv station came out and filmed it....they were walking circles, in the bottom of the hole, holding up baseball bats with pictures of receivers nailed onto the bats, yelling over and over, "RECEIVERS GET LOUD!, RECEIVERS GET LOUD!, ETC"......

.....and Team_Canada, are there gains on the amp you're not turning up?.....
