How to Spruce up my speaker cables

I'm finally going to be finishing my room this week, and I was thinking about doing something with my speaker cables. Right now they are just boring yellow/gold which kinda looks cheesy in my soon to be finished room. (see pic)

What can I do to spruce them up? Is there some kind of sleeving that I could purchase? What do you guys to?

My friend just got some cable sleve type of thing recently, I would reccomend it since it looks pretty nice, but I'm not going to since it's a Monster product, but I'm sure you can get some wire loom somewhere for cheap.
