How to reset the DSP-Z9?

Hi all there!

I own a DSP-Z9 and some how there was going something wrong. Suddenly, evertime I start the DSP-Z9, Zone2 is active. Instead of deactivating it all the time manually, I would like to reset the DSP-Z9 to factory values.

Is ther anyone out there who can tell me how to do that? (BTW, i already asked the importer for Switzerland. He told me to press Balance and Tone-Control the same time, so I should get into a menu. But nothing happens if i press these two buttons.)
