How to match Center Speaker with surrounds

I am using 5 M&K LCR-55s for my surround system. I want to change one of these 55s out to a good center speaker. M&K Center speakers are hard to find and expensive. I don't know enough to just go buy something, hoping it will sound good with what I already have. Does anyone have a alternative speaker they could recommend. I have a little info on the 55s.
Impededance 4, power rating 25-200, frequency response 87Hz-20kHz (+-2dB), phase focused crossovers.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I don't have a specific model to suggest, but can tell you to try and match the driver size of your other speakers and try to get the crossovers as close as possible.

If you are currently using one of the 55's for the center, most people will tell you that what you have is the best possible front soundstage set-up. You can't timbre match any better than having 3 matching speakers up front.

I think you have to listen to them in your setup to make them match fluidly.. i tried about a dozen centre channels until i found.. and the specs dont really tell you if there will be a timbre match.

My advice would be to borrow a few and try it out.
