How to find a TV code for remote

I have a Go Video TA 2050 LCD TV, possibly no longer made.

The remote is not working and I bought a low-end GE universal remote to use. How do I find out the code for this TV to use in the remote. It's not listed and manual finding, well, I lost track.

Do you have the codes for Soyo TVs? They might be the same. If not you will have to do a code search via the remote

On the same lines try Googling for the OEM manufacturer of the TV. A brand form the same company may have the same remote settings.

If all else fails, try getting a OEM replacement remote.
