How to connect AVR-4320 with Rotel RB-1080/RB-1092

Dear all,

I am considering adding a power amp to my new Denon AVR-4320 to drive the B&W 804s fronts. The current candidates are the Rotel RB-1080 or RB-1092.

Please forgive the stupid question, but how do I connect the Denon with the power amp? Is it enough to connect the pre-out connectors of the Denon to the inputs of the Rotels?

Can the Denon control the output level of the power amp?

You understand correctly, that's all there is to it. And yes, the Denon controls the volume output. Hopefully, you can find an SPL meter around Tokyo to level match the speakers.
