How to connect 2 amps to 1 set of front speaker?

I tried to use one amp for surround and the other amp for 2-front-channel music. speakers are b&w (604). do i have to unplug each time i use?

Depends on the equipment. You could run one amp through an auxiliary, and just switch on the fly.

Hmmmm. Thinking about the speaker connections. There has to be a way. You may just have to unplug every time. Banana.

Niles Audio used to make an external amplifier switcher in a self contained slim line box that works very well,i have one in the attic somewhere & i'll see if i can find it & post the model# for you,you can email niles & ask them if they still make stand alone amplifier switching components or you can search ebay in home audio & in vintage electronics,if i remember correctly these switchers go for around $100 on ebay.
